What We Offer

Our packages include professional bar staff, menu planning, setup, cleanup, mixers, garnishes, and service essentials, with options for signature cocktails, mocktails, table wine service, champagne toasts, ice service, and additional staffing.

All Packages Include a Base Service Fee of $850

This covers:

  • 2 Professional Bar Staff (1 Bartender + 1 Barback/Assistant)
  • 4 hours of service (includes setup & breakdown)
  • Basic mixers (Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, water)
  • Fresh lemons and limes
  • Standard disposable supplies (cups, napkins, straws, etc.)
  • Water station with bottled water or self serve cups
  • Full cleanup, and trash removal
  • Custom menu consultation
  • Local travel (additional travel fee applies outside Morgantown area)

Package Options

1. Intimate Gatherings Package

Best for: Small birthdays, bridal showers, corporate happy hours, rehearsal dinners, and office parties (15–50 guests) Total Price: $850

What's Included: Base Service only — Professional bartending with no major upgrades.

2. Basic Package

Best for: Casual parties and relaxed events (15–150 guests) Pricing: 0–75 guests: $1,200 | 76–150 guests: $1,600

  • Upgrades Included (above Base):
  • Beer & wine focus + 2 Cocktails 
  • Basic presentation setup

3. Essential Package

Best for: Most private events, small-to-medium weddings, and clients wanting elevated drinks (15–150 guests) Pricing: 0–75 guests: $1,700 | 76–150 guests: $2,100

  • Upgrades Included (above Base):
  • 4 custom signature cocktails with client input
  • Full signature mixers (juices, tonic, club soda, simple syrup, grenadine, pineapple & grapefruit juice)
  • Expanded garnishes (oranges, maraschino cherries)
  • Enhanced disposable supplies
  • Curated menu planning + enhanced bar presentation

4. Premium Package

Best for: Weddings, corporate events, and memorable custom mixology experiences (15–150 guests) Pricing: 0–75 guests: $2,300 | 76–150 guests: $2,600

  • Upgrades Included (above Base):
  • 6 custom signature cocktails designed for your event or theme
  • Premium garnishes (fresh mint, rimmer salts/sugars, cocktail picks)
  • Full mocktail package with fresh ingredients 
  • Elevated bar décor and photo-worthy presentation (custom signage, linens, etc.)
  • Scratch-made touches (fresh juices and infused syrups where possible)
  • Priority booking 

Add-On Services (Available with Any Package)

  • Ice Service: $50
  • Table Wine Service: $4 per guest
  • General Staffing Labor (servers, runners, etc.): $30 per hour per staff member
  • Extra Service Hour (bar staff): $150 per hour (max 2 hours)
  • Champagne Toast Service: $4 per guest
  • Mocktail Package: $6 per guest
  • Additional Bartender: $300 flat
  • Custom Bar Décor Upgrades: Varies
  • Travel Fee: Based on distance from Morgantown
  • Custom Glassware: $5 per glass
  • Portable Bar Rental: $50

Important Notes:

  • Events with 150+ guests require a custom quote.
  • Client provides all alcohol.
  • Client is responsible for alcohol licensing and compliance for private events.

Deposit & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your event date. Payments are accepted by cash, Venmo, or check. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to the date of the event.
